Dakota-K Auto Repair has been serving the community since 1974, and we have always valued your privacy. Our records are for in house use only and when our physical records are outdated, they are destroyed.

In the course of day to day business, we collect names, addresses, (physical & e-mail) contact numbers and keep a record of the vehicles we work on - including VIN numbers, mileage and the work we have completed on each vehicle. As required by the credit card company, when a customer pays by credit card we keep our receipts for one year. The receipts are then destroyed.

Visitors to our web site remain anonymous. We do not collect identifying information about visitors to our web site. The only information that we collect through the site is the information given by our visitors.
