“We were referred to Dakota-K by our neighbors when our 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan needed work this summer. At that time, we were pleased with your service, honesty and the competitive pricing. When we had problems last night – a key which would not turn in the ignition – we did not hesitate in contacting your establishment. In fact, we sent a late night email/online appointment asking to be called early the next morning. We really weren’t expecting an early morning call, but were pleasantly surprised when Mary phoned us at 7:10 A.M., letting us know that the tow truck would be here shortly. And it was.
Having worked in customer service for years, most recently as VP of customer service for a national bank holding company, I have always strived to create a “wow” factor for clients. It’s not often that can be found in the automotive industry, but Mr. Koebernick, you “wowed” us.
While our vehicle was not looked at immediately, and there seemed to be a bit of miscommunication in the afternoon as to when our van would be serviced (initially we were told it wouldn’t be seen until early next week) and hour later we were told our car was being serviced, the part was being procured, and it would be ready for pickup by 5 P.M. By 3:30, we received another phone call that our car was finished. While we don’t appreciate these unplanned expenses, we do appreciate the fact that your pricing doesn’t seem out of line. And, you think of the little things. In replacing the ignition cylinder, I would have never thought of matching the existing keys…but you did.
So thank you for “wowing” us. We were pleased to get our car back within a matter of hours instead of days…and we were very happy with the service provided. We’ll be back and we will be sending others your way! Sincerely – Lynn & Chad Winston

I could have been easily ripped off had I been told I needed shocks or other suspension parts or CV joints. These were inspected and deemed to be alright.
